Reasons why you should not sign the contract Jade!!!!

Although you’re happy with your work, you are not well compensated, think of your personal and financial growth jade!!!!!!!!!!!!! Think Think Think!!!!!!!!!

Based on your Work

Your Salary is not commensurate with the work and efforts you inserted….
You’re a roving HR staff… including your OB…
Your salary compared to DLSU-D HR staff is offered to casual HR evaluator.
You’re not only an encoder, evaluator but a representative.

Based on your credentials

You’re a graduate of a four years course and your course is in line with your job.
You’re a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology of De La Salle University – Dasmariñas.
You have the credentials and I believe they are credible.
Based on the opinions of the people around you
From your parents: don’t sign it according to your mother and father. How can you find another good job if you’re still devoted with your work Try to negotiate with your salary.
From your college adviser guidance counselor and professors: Try to negotiate with your salary and if not granted, think carefully jade. Don’t sign the contract, move on.
From your lola, titas, titos: Don’t sign the contract, they sent you to school to have a good future after graduation. Your salary is not enough with your monthly needs.
From your cousins: it’s not enough and fair for a college graduate to receive such low salary compared to a production operator who received your whole salary in their 15th days.
From your college classmates and friends: you’re such a good person to receive that low salary. We believe that you’re credible enough that they should increase your salary.
From your Accountant friends and other course friends: Don’t sign the contract if there’s no increase and no benefits at all.

I’M HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND ME IN LSC BUT I ALSO NEED TO HAVE PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
IT’S SO UNFAIR TO ME! I’M GIVING MY FULL SERVICE FOR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THIS COMPANY!!!! BUT HOW ABOUT MY PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL GROWTH!!!!!!!!
I TURNED DOWN ALL THE JOB OFFERS TO ME HIGHER THAN MY SALARY HERE, HOPING THAT I’LL HAVE A GOOD FUTURE HERE.
MY SALARY IS JUST BREAKING EVEN WITH MY EXPENSES.
I STILL HAVE MY DREAMS FOR MY FAMILY AND TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORTED MY STUDIES. MY CONSCIENCE IS EATING ME…. HOW CAN I PAY MY DEBT OF GRATITUDE TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAD HELPED ME.?
